This Privacy Policy describes how Perfectly Human LLC ("Perfectly Human", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use OpenClaw, our SMS-based personal AI assistant (the "Service"), and the website at perfectlyhuman.ai. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

When you use the Service, we may collect:

  • Phone number — required to send and receive SMS messages with you.
  • Message content — the text of messages you send to and receive from the Service.
  • Account metadata — your stated name, time zone, and similar profile details you provide.
  • Technical metadata — message delivery timestamps and identifiers used by carriers to route messages.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to:

  • Operate the Service (deliver messages, generate AI responses).
  • Maintain context across your conversations with the Service.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use your information for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. SMS Messaging & Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subprocessors (such as Twilio, our SMS delivery provider, and the AI model providers used to generate responses) is permitted only as necessary to deliver the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your message history and account metadata for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing riley@perfectlyhuman.ai. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion — request that we delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Opt-out — text STOP to the Service at any time to immediately stop receiving messages.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active users via SMS.
